HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER ONLINE?
You can shop at our online shop on this website. When you are done shopping and are ready to place your order, you can check out. Upon check-out, you will receive confirmation on the website and via e-mail of your order.

HOW DO I PAY FOR MY PURCHASES?

You can pay by credit card through Paypal. Credit card transactions are fast, easy and secure.

Upon confirmation of order, we will hold your order for three business days.
Send us a message at monicamadrigalrtw@gmail.com along with a photo of the deposit slip so that we can process your purchase.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

For Metro Manila, you will receive it within 3-5 business days after confirmation of payment of your order. For provincial orders, you will receive it within 5 - 7 business days.

HOW DO I RETURN/EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
We allow ordered items to be returned or exchanged up to 7 days after the receipt of the said items. You can ship the item back to us along with the original packaging – including all the tags that came along with it. However, all items are still subject to quality assessment. We will not accept used or damaged items. Items can be exchanged once only. Refunds will be in the form of store credit which can be used at any time.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

WHAT IF I AM SENT A DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEM?
For damaged or incorrect items, kindly contact us at monicamadrigalrtw@gmail.com. Although we can assure you that we check each item thoroughly before delivery to ensure that it is of the highest quality and that it is the correct item.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes! We accept international orders and ship worldwide via LBC and DHL. Shipping fee is a flat rate depending on the region. Shipping takes as long 7-14 business days depending on the country of destination.
Payment for international orders is only thru credit card via Paypal which is one of the payment options available upon checkout.
